Who we are
These terms apply to all services booked with STE Corazon de Marruecos SARL, trading as Morocco Trip Joy, Ksar El Khamlia, Merzouga, Morocco. Email: info@moroccotripjoy.com. WhatsApp: +212 661 998 266.
Booking
A booking is confirmed when you accept our written quote and we receive your deposit. The quote describes the itinerary, the services included and excluded, the accommodation category and the total price.
Deposit and payment
The deposit amount, payment methods and the date for paying the balance are as stated in your written quote. Prices are fixed in euros (EUR) or US dollars (USD), as shown in the quote.
Cancellations
If you cancel your trip, the cancellation conditions and any fees are as stated in the quote. Please send any cancellation in writing. We recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation.
Changes
You may ask to change your itinerary before or during the trip. We will do our best to accept changes, but they depend on availability and may change the price. During the trip, the driver may adapt the route or timing for safety, weather or road conditions.
Travel insurance
Travel insurance is mandatory for all travellers. It should cover medical expenses, repatriation and, ideally, cancellation and lost luggage.
Responsibilities
We are responsible for providing the services described in your quote with care. Travellers are responsible for having a valid passport, any required visa and the correct entry documents, and for respecting local laws and customs. We are not responsible for international flights, trains or ferries not included in the quote, or for personal belongings.
Force majeure
We are not liable for delays, changes or cancellations caused by events outside our control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, road closures, epidemics or government decisions. In such cases we will propose alternatives where possible.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith; if no agreement is reached, the competent Moroccan courts will decide.
