Frequently asked questions

Is the timetable fixed?

The times are a guide. Your driver follows them carefully, but weather or road works can change them a little. We always tell you in advance if something changes.

Are there clean toilets on the road?

Yes. We plan stops at cafes, restaurants and petrol stations that we know are clean. In the desert camp, comfort and luxury tents have private bathrooms.

Can I have a Japanese-speaking guide?

Japanese-speaking guides are few in Morocco. We try to find one for city visits if you ask early, but it depends on availability. Your driver speaks English.

Is Morocco safe for Japanese travellers?

Morocco is generally safe and welcoming. Use normal care in busy medinas. Our drivers and guides stay with you during the visits. See our Japan travel page.
