A Moroccan cooking class is one of the easiest ways to understand the country. You go to the market with a local cook, choose fresh vegetables and spices, and then prepare a full meal step by step. We organise classes in Marrakech, in Fez and with a Berber family in Khamlia, near the Merzouga dunes. The class is part of our 7-day Morocco food tour and fits well in the compact Morocco tour in 7 days or the luxury Marrakech and Essaouira tour.

You do not need any cooking experience. The cook explains everything in simple English and adapts the menu to your diet. For ideas before you travel, read our guide to cooking classes in Morocco and our luxury Morocco travel tips. You can add the class to any trip – see all our Morocco adventure activities or plan a tailor-made trip.
